What is your role at CompuCom?
I joined CompuCom in the latter part of 2015 and am currently Executive Vice President and leader of the Service Experience Management organization at CompuCom. I’m responsible for developing and delivering service solutions that drive improved business outcomes and increase business value for CompuCom’s clients.
What motivates you at work?
Driving omni-channel customer experiences, innovation and transformation as well as mentoring, developing and developing people.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I was in two commercials as a child, one for AAMCO and one for the Gas Company.
What are some key achievements at CompuCom?
We’ve built an entirely new business unit organization, recruited and hired an all new leadership team, and developed and delivered new products to help transform the Service Experience space.
What are your interests?
Travel, hiking, kayaking, white water rafting, wine and old movies.
Why did you choose to work at CompuCom?
I saw an opportunity to build and nurture teams and a strong business unit.
Share a little about your background.
I have more than 30 years of customer experience-focused leadership across industries including healthcare, finance, telecommunications and retail. Most recently, I led the Information Management Customer Experience organization for IDEXX Laboratories, a global leader in pet healthcare innovation that offers IT-based products and services to veterinarians. Prior to IDEXX, I held executive leadership positions at Arise Virtual Solutions, Bank of America, NetByTel and Office Depot, Inc.
What is your favorite place in the world?
Right now I am torn between the oceans of New England and the oceans of the Caribbean.
