Procure & Purchase

Knowing when and who to purchase new retail technology equipment from is vital to getting the most value for your money. We’ve seen too many well-meaning retailers purchase equipment on sale, only to have it sit in warehouses and warranties expire before it could be deployed and installed in-store.

As your partner, you benefit from our relationships with thousands of leading suppliers. We source the right equipment for your current business needs and ensure that it is future proof so it can support your future company goals and keep up with the fast-changing retail customer.

We negotiate the purchase terms that work well for your company and your store schedule, then arrange shipping to our central warehouse for kitting and configuring. We can support channel, direct-procurement and client-supplied approaches to procurement.

Install & Deploy

Each piece of your new technology arrives at our state-of-the-art integration center for testing to be sure the systems and software works with your existing technology and secure corporate network. We manage all the logistics from this facility, built specifically for this purpose.

When the equipment is ready, we manage the distribution, transportation, scheduling and tracking as it is deployed to each of your retail locations. Then we install and set up in store.

The store installations are done in stages or at night so there is no impact on your store operations. Your installation team are CompuCom employees who are experienced, trained and certified to set up your new technology. This is why we have a 100% on time store open rate.

Maintain & Support

After opening day, CompuCom offers continuous service, maintenance and support of your technology through our StoreCare service.
