Per the report, “Gartner's rigorous and multidimensional Magic Quadrant research process includes evaluation criteria that provide a comprehensive framework, which we have used to analyze the ability of 19 providers to deliver EUO services in North America."
Each year Gartner conducts a thorough evaluation of vendors and speaks to customer references to ensure the best representation of vendors in their Magic Quadrants. For the 2013 report, Gartner consolidated the Desktop and Help Desk Magic Quadrants into one as a direct reflection of the rapidly changing support services market.
This report further reinforces our commitment to putting the client first by validating our strong quality and client satisfaction and retention rates. It also reflects the value of an integrated Service Desk operation as opposed to a standalone Help Desk, and having these services performed by one—rather than two—discrete organizations.
