Kevin Shank is CEO of Compucom. Providing global leadership to advance Compucom’s mission and strategy, Kevin is enabling Compucom to deliver best-in-breed IT services to our customers, harnessing our company’s capabilities and team members to pursue market opportunities that drive profitable growth.
Throughout his career, Kevin has combined his passion for technology with his strategic vision to lead successful business transformations among leading managed services providers. Known as an inspiring and motivational leader with extensive expertise in identifying and driving growth, he returns to Compucom where he served as a senior executive from 2005-2014.
Most recently Kevin was President of Computacenter North America following its acquisition of Pivot Technology Solutions in 2020 where he served as CEO for many years. During his tenure, he led both organizations through extended periods of substantive growth, market expansion and digital innovation.
Previously, Kevin held key leadership roles across many industry leaders including General Electric and GE Capital IT Solutions.
Kevin is a graduate of Indiana University-Fort Wayne with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing where he played basketball and was an NCAA Academic All-American.
Matt Olson is an accomplished leader in the technology services industry with almost 30 years of professional experience supporting Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers. Matt currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Compucom and is responsible for leading all North American services operations.
At Compucom, he is accountable for delivering Compucom’s entire services portfolio in North America with over 5,000 associates in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and India. As a member of the leadership team, he provides strategic and operational direction related to all Compucom service operations and is responsible for driving operational excellence across all functions to ensure all of Compucom’s customer commitments are met or exceeded.
Since starting his technology career at Compucom in 1995, Matt worked his way into management, strategy and leadership roles quickly – spending more than two decades at Compucom, leading service sales and operations during its historically best years. After leaving Compucom in 2016, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Pivot Technology Solutions after serving as Pivot’s Chief Strategy Officer. Matt then joined Computacenter to lead North American service operations as a Senior Vice President.
At Computacenter, Matt and his teams were responsible for delivering services and solutions for U.S., Canadian and European customers – supporting go-to-market offerings across the workplace, networking and cloud/data center technology stacks.
Mike Flanagan is Compucom's Global CIO, leading all aspects of our Information Technology teams. Mike is responsible for delivering industry-leading, effective next-gen solutions for modern IT services.
He oversees IT initiatives and infrastructure needs for both Compucom and its customers aligning with organizational goals and business outcomes. His teams deliver reliable, scalable and secure service offerings to our internal and external customers.
Mike spent more than two decades at Compucom managing customer accounts, professional services, and product strategy as a critical leader during much of the company’s growth in the early 2000s. Prior to rejoining the company as CIO, he served as senior vice president of North American group development and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Computacenter after having been CIO/CTO for Pivot Technology Solutions.
Mike holds several IT and Leadership certifications including as a Six Sigma Green Belt information systems management.
Scott Ward is Compucom’s Chief Business Officer, leading partner alliances and professional services. As an experienced business leader, he is skilled in building, growing and leading high-performing teams to excel in any market.
In addition to his industry expertise and direct experience in driving partner relationships and professional services sales opportunities, Scott possesses strong leadership skills, a team-oriented approach and a successful track record of winning by turning strategy into results.
Scott currently focuses on growing Compucom’s product solution business through strong OEM and partner relationships as well as increasing professional services sales and engagements among new and current customers.
Scott spent more than two decades at Compucom where he cultivated strong relationships with our customers and was consistently a top-performing sales executive before assuming the role of senior vice president of sales.
Scott also previously served as executive vice president of technology sourcing operations at Computacenter where he was responsible for maintaining and building strong and profitable partner and OEM relationships, customer support, North American integration centers, and purchasing. He also served as chief revenue officer and senior vice president, and general manager of field sales, alliances, and customer support at Computacenter.
Anne Sullivan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Compucom, her priorities are improving and optimizing the customer experience to drive client satisfaction and deliver tangible business growth. She's passionate about service excellence, associate engagement, and creating a rewarding environment at Compucom.
Previously, Anne served as Vice President and Program Executive in the Northeast Region, where she was responsible for customer satisfaction, service delivery, executive relationships, and portfolio financial management to drive business expansion and customer renewals.

I am responsible for Compucom’s marketing, demand generation, brand management, communications, and field event activities.

I have more than 20 years of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. I hold an MBA in international marketing. Also, I've led marketing for large established brands like Disney and Volvo, as well as early-stage and hyper-growth B2B technology companies.

Paul joined Compucom from ACN, Inc., a global provider of communications, energy, home security and consumer products based in Charlotte, NC and Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, he managed a global team of 25 and was responsible for the day-to-day management of legal and compliance matters in 26 markets. Prior to that, he was General Counsel for ACN’s Europe business. This aspect of Paul’s experience should provide particularly helpful for our IoT Solutions business, and his experience and many credentials serve him well in his overall Compucom role.
Before joining ACN, Paul was Partner/Associate with Bingham McCutchen LLP (now Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP) and prior to that, Paul worked as an Associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Group at Baker & Hostetler LLP.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish literature from the University of Rochester, and completed coursework at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Luis Perez is Vice President and General Manager for Compucom in Mexico – the company’s largest central delivery capability enabling Compucom’s core service offerings in Service Experience Management, End-User Enablement and Cloud Technology Services. Luis leverages his broad experience in leadership, operational excellence, technology and sales to drive the country’s delivery and go-to-market strategies that ultimately aim to drive exceptional customer experiences, business outcomes and growth.
Luis joined Compucom from TeleTech, where he served as the Managing Director for one of its top delivery organizations in the Business Process Outsourcing space, leading the operational strategy, service delivery and relationship management for one of the top three global accounts. Prior to joining TeleTech, he served as Dell’s/Perot Systems’ Infrastructure Managed Services Country Manager for Mexico, where he played a key role in designing, implementing and operating leading-edge service offerings focused on the small- to medium-size business market. Luis combined traditional service desk services, infrastructure support and Software-as-a-Services technologies with great success, which ultimately influenced Dell’s decision to acquire Perot Systems in 2009.
A techie at heart, Luis is passionate about technology and how it has and continues to transform many aspects of our lives. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, an MBA from the EGADE business school and has participated in several executive education programs including Leading Professionals Services Firms from the Harvard Business School.

I'm responsible for our services solutions teams. Our technical subject matter experts focus on strategic new logo opportunities and key renewals. I am keenly focused on creating, coaching, and mentoring collaborative teams.

Ken Janoski is Vice President and General Manager of Compucom's West Region, where he's accountable for driving growth, achieving business results, and expanding and maintaining customer relationships.
Ken joined Compucom from DXC Technology, where he was the Account General Manager providing IT services engagement for a large insurance company. He had end-to-end responsibility for the client relationship, including successful delivery of all services provided, the introduction of new services, and accountability to ensure the services achieved the internal DXC financial expectations.
Before that, he had a lengthy and successful career at CSC, led client services for T-Systems, and all hosting, colocation, and cloud operations for Verizon Enterprise Services. During his career, he has worked with a variety of clients across industries and provided services for applications, infrastructure, workplace, and digital transformation.
As Vice President & General Manager for India, Shaji Philipose leads all of Compucom’s operations in India and is responsible for oversight and direction of our strategy, growth and delivery of services out of India.
Shaji has more than 18 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and IT Enabled Services. Before joining Compucom, Shaji served as Global Head of the End-User Services/Service Desk business for Wipro Technologies. He was responsible for the growth and delivery of the Service Desk and End-user computing business globally. Prior to Wipro, Shaji held various leadership and management positions at IBM, Sutherland and Genpact.
Shaji holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. He is passionate about social causes supporting nature and sustainability and the prevention of animal cruelty.
What is your role at Compucom?
I am a senior director of operations for strategic initiatives within the supply chain organization primarily focused on IT Asset Disposition. My responsibilities include implementing new initiatives to grow our business.
What motivates you at work?
I have been given wonderful and challenging opportunities to continue to learn different aspects of our business. This enables me to provide better services to our clients which at the end of the day is truly my motivator.
What are some key achievements at Compucom?
I had the opportunity to learn about ISO 9000 and stand up the program in three of our facilities. We received certification in all three in less than nine months. I teamed with great people and implemented many process improvement initiatives. This resulted in cost savings and enhanced customer service. I helped create and facilitate our MyStore offering, which was the first program to be launched as sales training to our sales team.
Share a little about your background.
While going to college, I worked in the fast food industry for nine years in a variety of franchise restaurants. I learned a lot at a young age about profit and loss and how to manage a business. These experiences helped me in my operations management roles at Compucom.
What is your favorite place in the world?
Anywhere that I am with family and friends. It is not the place that makes me happy, it is who I am on this journey with.
What are your interests?
The beach!!!! - The beach!! - I also like gardening, working out and traveling.

I own the design and implementation of our Mobility Portfolio of services.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I like to participate in brisket cook-offs. In our last six events, we nabbed three first place awards and one second and one third-place finish. Our smoker is pulled by a 1976 Cadillac hearse. It’s BBQ to die for!
What are some key achievements at Compucom?
I created the Mobile Device Management services program and drove the development and delivery of the AT&T/APEX program for mobility, which offers mobile access, enabled by AT&T.

Carmel, California.
Why did you choose to work at Compucom?
My background is traditional IT, from a leadership and an individual contributor perspective. I was the guy buying IT stuff, now I’m the guy on the other side of the table, selling IT stuff. I was told by someone I respect that I was pretty good at this “selling thing" for an IT guy.
What is the best part of working at Compucom?
I get to have fun doing a job I am passionate about!
What drives you in life – what are you most passionate about?
I enjoy the feeling of helping someone solve an issue. It make me feel like I am making a difference.
What is your role at Compucom?
I am a Product Management Director and I focus on defining the strategy for our Experience Management and Digital Support offerings and services. I work closely with the teams that build and deploy those offerings to ensure that we’re exceeding the outcomes that our customers strive to achieve.
What motivates you at work?
The people that I work with! One of the strengths that I’ve always felt within Compucom are the people, my co-workers, and how they will do everything in their power to ensure that our customer’s needs are not just simply met, but we’re able to exceed their expectations. We’re continually thinking outside the box to find new innovative ways to help our customers and to differentiate Compucom in the market.
Additionally, I lead our LGBTQA+ & Allies Affinity Group within Compucom and am motivated by the organizations focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
What are some key achievements at Compucom?
I’ve had many great opportunities at Compucom that I could highlight, during my roughly 25 year tenure. With a strong ITIL and Six Sigma background, I’ve been able to work both with our internal teams and many of our customers to drive process improvement. With that background, I was also asked to be part of a small team that worked to achieve Compucom’s ISO 20000 registration.
Share a little about your background.
In college, I majored in Computer Science and began my career with NCR Corporation performing remote support for their UNIX systems. Throughout my career, I’ve been focused on support services and working with businesses to enhance their support services. In 2010, I was able to utilize my process, as well as my customer facing skills to help define Compucom’s Persona practice.
What is your favorite place in the world?
Paris! Having been there quite a few times I feel comfortable in that city and having lived in Chicago for 30+ years, I really thrive in a city environment.
What are your interests?
I love to travel! As often as possible, I try to go and explore new locations.
